This Privacy Policy explains what information School of Fresh (“SOF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects through schooloffresh.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect:

• Donations — donor name (optional), email, message (optional), and amount, processed via Stripe
• Store orders — customer email and order details, processed via Stripe
• Bookings — customer email, phone, and scheduling details
• Organization Event Requests — organization name, contact name, email, phone, and event/venue details
• Applications — name, email, phone, and message submitted through our student, instructor, or volunteer application forms
• Mailing list — the email address you provide to subscribe

We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers directly — those are entered securely through Stripe and never touch our servers.

3. How we use your information

• To process donations, purchases, bookings, and requests
• To review and respond to applications and event requests
• To look up your order, booking, or application status when you provide your email
• To send you emails you've opted into (e.g. our mailing list, donation receipts, booking/event confirmations)
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us operate the Site:

• Stripe — payment processing for donations and purchases
• Supabase — secure database storage
• Resend — transactional and mailing-list email delivery
• Vercel — website hosting

Each provider only receives the information necessary to perform its function and is bound by its own privacy and security practices.

5. Cookies and local storage

The Site uses your browser's local storage to remember that you've dismissed our mailing-list popup, so you aren't prompted again. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Data retention

We retain donation, order, booking, application, and event request records for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, accounting, and legal purposes. Mailing list addresses are retained until you unsubscribe.

7. Your choices

• Every mailing-list email includes an unsubscribe link
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us below

8. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. S.O.F. events involving children (e.g. self-care programs) are arranged through an organization, school, or guardian — not submitted by the child directly through the Site.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
